Purchase Order Terms and Conditions

The supply of all goods or services to Woodbridge shall be governed by the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions for the corresponding region and/or country of the Woodbridge facility to which goods or services are provided. If the corresponding region and/or country is not identified below, the US & Canada versions of the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions as found below shall apply.
