Learn MoreMISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Canada & TROY, Mich., August 15, 2023 – Woodbridge recently announced that Mark Boldin has been appointed President, North America and Global Operational Excellence.
In this new role, Boldin will oversee the Seating and Interior Solutions (SIS) and Diversified Solutions (DS) Business Units (BUs) in North America, lead collaborations among BUs, promote product specialization, and maximize the efficient utilization of resources within a dynamic manufacturing team. Additionally, Boldin will promote global operational excellence, which includes the standardization of quality, materials, and operating practices across all global manufacturing sites and the Woodbridge Production System.

Initially joining Woodbridge in 2015 as the Vice President and General Manager of Molded Foam for the U.S. and Canada, Boldin then served Woodbridge in various roles. During his tenure, Boldin was Senior Vice President of Global Operational Excellence, Senior Vice President of Technical Foam, Flexible Foam and Lamination and Engineered Composites, and most recently as Group President, Diversified Solutions.
